Our daily office cleaning services are provided 7 days a week – and take place outside of office hours either early morning or in the evening, with weekends available if required.

We’ll work with you to define a daily office cleaning schedule, according to your budget, requirements and premises. You can also choose to include weekly, monthly or seasonal tasks such as glass cleaning partitions, clearing kitchen fridges and deep cleans of all high traffic areas and areas in which staff congregate.

We will work with the Manager to ensure that the cleaning package covers all of the high priority items as well as guiding them on other things that they may not have thought about. One thing that we cover a lot of within this type of industry is being a key holder and ensuring that the premises is not only clean, but also secure when we leave. We provide GP practice cleaning and dental cleaning in Torbay and the surrounding areas of Devon.

Gym / Leisure Facility Cleaning

We are happy to work with Owners whether they need a deep clean or regular clean at their leisure facility and have previously carried out emergency cleans when staff have not turned up.

We pay particular attention to sanitising sports equipment, machines, high touch areas, water fountains and exercise mats, but have also cleaned premises where the cleaning of the cafe, refreshment area and children’s soft play has also required cleaning. Window cleaning can be incorporated in the price should that be required.

Holiday Let Cleaning

Our Commercial Cleaning business grew from Holiday Let cleaning so this is really where we developed our love for that ‘before and after wow’.

Our standards are the highest that you will find around with each package tailored for the individual owner and their specific needs. Our priority is to make sure that your property is ready for check-in and that cleanliness is not a concern of yours for your next guests. All properties are checked prior to the Owner being informed that the property is ‘guest ready’. We are holiday let owners ourselves so we understand the important of attention to detail in this type of cleaning.

As our business has expanded we have also taken on regular cleaning of Club House and Leisure Facilities within Holiday Lodge Complexes and Caravan Park all year round.

Public Sector Cleaning

We have been lucky enough to work in partnership with one of the major Public Sector Cleaning operators in the Bay when they have been unable to fulfil jobs due to lack of staffing.

This has given us an opportunity to clean local offices and Schools and provided a short notice service where we have sometimes only been given a couple of hours notice. We will always do our best to fulfill any request and do try and work with organisations that are on tighter budgets. For these types of cleans we do ensure that our staff are DBS checked, if that is a requirement for the job.

Retail Premises Cleaning

We work with the Manager to clean the premises around your opening hours and tailor the package to what is important to them for your retail unit and budget, ensuring that COVID standards are met on all those high-touch areas as well as making the premises ‘customer ready’.

Floors are always a particular focus within retail units so a lot of time is usually allocated to that part of the job. Window cleaning can be incorporated in the price should that be required.
